IR services include preparation of strategic plans; C3 frameworks; specifications and budgets (for capital works and operations); concepts of operation; capability and gap analyses (CAPGAP); strategic and tactical risk analyses; intelligence frameworks and templates; facilities reviews; infrastructure assessments; crisis managmeent planning; operational readiness exercises; policies and procedures; observer programmes and after-action reviews.
IR clients include the US State Department Anti-Terrorism Assistance (ATA) Program, that contracts IR to assist the ATA deliver Major Event Security Management (MESM) workshops in cities hosting major events; the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF), that has contracted IR as a technical adviser to both its Evaluation and Coordination Commissions; and various Organizing Committees.
